Why do I need a survey?
Common reasons are to determine property lines or physical features in relation to property lines. Such as: the sale or re-finance of residential and/or commercial properties, fences, additions, pools, driveways, neighbor disputes, permitting, new construction, subdivide parcel(s), condominium conversion, etc. Elevation Certificates are for flood insurance purposes, as required by FEMA.
